An insider told a news source over the past year that Melania and her staff have been discreetly negotiating a new 'postnup' agreement between herself and Donald Trump.
"This is at least the third time Melania has renegotiated the terms of her martial agreement," the insider said, but she clarified that the legal action was not about getting ready to leave Donald. "Melania is most worried about keeping and growing a great trust for their son, Barron."
"She didn't threaten to leave him," they said. "It is absolutely the underlying concept." "The current legal battles...[Donald] has suffered call for this agreement," the insider said.
