'Human Satan' who sliced fingers off to make claw changes his name to 'de-vil'

Imagine wanting to be like the devil so much that you'd be willing to change your name.

That's the reality for one body modification addict, dubbed the "Human Satan", who amputated his fingers to give him demonic claws. He has now officially changed his name to "Diabao" meaning "Devil".

Brazilian tattoo artist Michel Praddo was recognized by Guinness World Records in 2023 as the man with the largest number of implants in his head thanks to his gruesome satanic horns. But he's always looking for ways to mix up his look.

Now demon-obsessed Michel, who calls himself a "transhuman", has told his 158,000 Instagram followers he has officially changed his name to "Diabao", which means "Devil" in Portuguese.

Diabao, from Sao Paulo State, announced his name change saying: "I DON'T WANT A CUTE, I DON'T WANT A NICKNAME HUH LOL… IT'S OUT BY RR4444444! MY REGISTRATION NAME IS DEVIL KARAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII! DIABAO PRADDO THE MOST CHANGED MAN IN THE WORLD!”

Diabao has tattoos covering more than 85% of his body, and has studs and horn implants all over his face and body. Last year he took things a step further by completely removing his little finger - and half of his ring finger - from his right hand to make it look more like a claw.

He had already removed his ring finger from his left hand, leaving him with just seven fingers. Obsessed Michel also had silicone implanted under his skin, intentionally scarred himself and had his eyes tattooed.

His tongue has been surgically split to make it look forked like a snake, and had dental implants with chrome plating. But his latest news gave some of his social media followers a bit of a shock.

One said: "My God, what is this?" Another replied: "Everyone is free to do whatever they want."

Back last year the body mod addict opened up about what his transformation has been like. At the time, he said: "What struck me the most in 2022 was the unification of my fingers."

He revealed that before stitching his digits together, he first taped them up to get used to his new "claw".
